| Welcome to the Official Website for Ada Dieke, MPH, Miss Black Arizona USA 2006-2007! University of Arizona graduate student, Ada Dieke is the new Miss Black Arizona USA 2006-2007. Her reign began as of December 6, 2006 and ends a year from that date. Ada graduated from University High School in Tucson, Arizona and received her Bachelor of Science Degree in General Biology from the University of Arizona. She recently completed her Masters Degree in Public Health with a Maternal and Child Health Focus, at the Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health, University of Arizona in 2007. She is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in public health at the U of A. Ada represented the state of Arizona as a delegate in the 2007 Miss Black USA Scholarship Pageant held in The Gambia, West Africa, on June 1, 2007. Among the prizes she received as a contestant were a full tuition scholarship for her graduate studies, prize money, and a Goodwill Ambassadorship to the Gambia! Her journey does not end as she continues to promote her platform Project R.E.V.I.V.A.L (Restoring Ego and Virtue in Visions of African Legacy): Celebrating the Beauty of the African Diaspora through Media, Music, Dance, and Literature.
